**The number of ingredients will vary depending on the number of kabobs you wish to make. This recipe makes 4 kabobs.
6 eggs, Hard Boiled and cut in half
1 Avocado, Cubed
1 Tomato, Cubed
4 Sliced of bacon, cooked to a Slight Crisp (Breakfast sausages would work too)
- Alternate each ingredient along the skewers.
- Repeat until all ingredients have been used.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
