Energy Balls (Oat-Free, No Added Sugar)

It’s You Thyme’s one-year anniversary!!! For one year I have been able to share my love of food, and journey through self-care with you all. I want to thank anyone who has read any of my posts so much! If this is the first time you are reading something I have posted, or if you’ve been following along since the beginning, I truly am so grateful for each and every one of you!

Over the last year I have learned so much not only about myself, but just everything life has to offer from all the people I have connected with through social media, and this blog. There are so many awesome people out there!

Again, I just want to thank you so much for taking the time every Friday (or whatever day you see this) to read a quick little post, or try out my recipes. When I hear about someone liking something I have made, it makes me feel so good inside. Please never hesitate to let me know what you think, or if there are any recipes ideas that you want to see! I’m open for trying anything.

As requested by many of you, here is the recipe for energy balls that are oat-free, and have no added sugar.
