Hey everyone! I hope your week has been treating you well. This is not going to be too long of a post, but I discovered that having an excess amount of sugar in a short amount of time really affects my skin. I was doing fine for a couple days, and then when I was coming up with a few new dessert/treat I really had much more sugar than I probably should have. I will say though, I enjoyed having a little treat that day. All night though, I was waking myself up from the scratching, and woke up with raw skin.
As for food, since I have been eating left overs, and combinations of different things the last couple days, I am just going to make a list of the different foods I’ve been eating rather than breaking it down and repeating myself a bunch. Just keep in mind I did not eat all of these things in the same day.
