Well I realized today that I probably should have avoided the almond milk latte yesterday at breakfast since almond milk comes from almonds… whoops. This is making me even more aware of everything I am putting into my mouth. Every spice, every hidden ingredient, it’s nuts!
Today is going very well, my skin hasn’t been itchy, and all my rashes from before are starting to heal. I’ve gotten to spend quite a bit of time outside, walking around and going on a bike ride around town which was nice.
So far today I have eaten…
Breakfast: 1/2 large avocado mashed with 4 oz of turkey sausage cooked with fresh lime juice squeezed on top and some ranch seasoning. It was actually really tasty, but it did not look very pretty otherwise I would have taken a picture.
Snack: Medium iced black coffee
Lunch: Some left over pork and steamed broccoli from last night, and a kombucha.
Dinner: Grilled turkey burgers topped with avocado, and mushrooms sautéed in coconut oil on a bed of spinach, a few pieces of water melon, pesto (basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon) grilled cauliflower, and grilled carrots.
